Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.
Vasectomy Service
Patients in Hampshire can now self refer to the vasectomy service. A vasectomy is quick, safe and effective method of male sterilisation. This is a surgical procedure for permanent contraception.

Audiology- Hearing Test
You can now self refer to Hampshire Hospitals Audiology if you feel you may need hearing test without seeing a doctor first.

Adult Social Services can offer help and advice about care provision, as well as assessing for any equipment or home adaptations you or a loved one may need.

CAMHS- Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a NHS specialist service that aims to help young people aged 5 -18 years and their families who are finding it hard to manage their emotional and psychological health, and who are suffering with acute, chronic and severe mental health problems.
Phlebotomy (Blood Tests)
The phlebotomy service at Hampshire Hospitals on all sites is an appointment-only service. Where possible, patients should attend their appointment unaccompanied. Where this is not possible only one person should attend with the patient and children should not be brought on site unless unavoidable.
Physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal (MSK) service provides high quality MSK care to the patients living across Hampshire. We offer a patient centred approach to managing MSK problems such as neck, back, shoulder and knee conditions. Our physiotherapists provide a comprehensive assessment and a range of treatments and management plans to support patients to achieve their goals. If you are over 18 you can self-refer.
Maternity Services
If you would like to have your baby with us, please complete the online pregnancy registration form which will notify our team, so we can be in contact to make your first midwife appointment. We are so pleased you are considering having your maternity care with us and look forward to supporting you and your baby during this unique and exciting time. We can arrange an interpreter for an appointment if necessary.

Inclusion provides specialist addiction services, including community drug and alcohol services and a gambling harms service.
Mind Andover
